Xylitol is a sugar-free sweetener that is naturally extracted from Birch Trees. This Xylitol is GMO-Free.

The free-flowing, white crystal-like granules of Xylitol have a taste and aroma similar to white sugar. Xylitol can be used in place of sugar when cooking, or at the table.

How to Use:

Xylitol can be used in place of sugar or artificial sweeteners. Suitable to sweeten hot beverages, it is also great when cooking. Xylitol is particularly good as a replacement for white sugar in baking recipes. Use Xylitol at a ratio of 1:1 in place of refined sugar.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container, in a cool (<25o), dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life:

Up to 36 months, when stored as above.
