A fragrant spice blend enriched with caffeine-free Rooibos (otherwise known as red tea/ red bush tea) part of the Fabaceae family of plants that originate in South Africa, this tea is fantastic because it’s low in tannins and rich in antioxidants.

The warm flavours of ginger, star anise, cardamom, fenugreek and cloves beautifully complement the sweet notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. The bright citrus tang of kaffir lime leaves completes this delicious tea.

How to Use:

Use one teaspoon of this rooibos chai for each cup in a teapot or infuser. Steep for 8 to 10 minutes in freshly boiled water. Alternatively, simmer chai with your choice of milk in a saucepan.
