A great Australian Bush Tucker twist on the well-loved classic lemon-pepper, this Lemon Myrtle & Pepperleaf Salt is full of tang. Grown in the subtropical region of Northern NSW, dried Organic Lemon Myrtle has a deep lemon-lime flavour. The wild-harvested Tasmanian Pepperleaf in this blend is grown without pesticides and has an aromatic, wild spicy flavour.
These local plants have been harvested and utilised as a source of both food and medicine by Indigenous Australians for centuries. These wonderful bushfoods are combined with sea salt to create a delicious seasoning, free of artificial flavours, preservatives and anti-caking agents.
How to Use:
Enjoy this Lemon Myrtle & Pepperleaf Salt anytime you want to add a lift to seafood, meat and vegetable recipes. Fantastic for marinades and dressings, in soups, hotpots, sprinkled over any savoury dish before serving, and great for BBQs.
