This premium organic Toasted Sesame Oil has a rich toasted flavour and aroma.
Just a dash goes a long way and adds a wonderful depth of flavour to savoury recipes. It is cold-pressed from toasted unhulled sesame seeds and has no added preservative.
Sesame Oil has a smoke point of around 177oC, so is great for sautéing and shallow frying. It is also delicious for salads, dressing and sauces, or hotpots.
How To:
This toasted Sesame Oil is wonderful as a condiment. Enjoy it with fresh crusty bread and Dukkah or drizzled over dips with Pita.
The rich, toasted flavour of this organic oil is a great ingredient to add to salad dressings, marinades, rubs for meat, poultry and seafood, on char-grilled vegetables and is perfect for Asian dishes. Drizzle over sautéed greens, into hearty soups or enjoy with noodle and rice dishes.
Remember – just a little of this full-flavoured oil goes a long way. Start with a few drops in each serving and add more to taste if required.
