Our Breakfast on the Go Bliss Balls are an ideal way to start your morning. Packed full of dried fruit, raw nuts and seeds with a hint of cinnamon, these small balls will give you a big energy boost.
Prepare these Bliss Balls at the beginning of the work week with only a few simple steps. All you need is hot water and a blender to prepare. You’ll then have an energy-packed treat when you’re in a hurry or need a fuss free start to the day.
These Bliss Balls are also great to pack in a weekend lunch hamper for picnics and outdoor activities.
To Add:

Method:
1. Remove pitted dates from the jar and soak in hot water for 15 minutes. Drain.
2. Place softened dates in a blender and add all the other ingredients.
3. Blend on high speed until all of the ingredients are ground and the mixture comes together.
4. If it is still a little dry, add a teaspoon of hot water and blend again. The mix will be a little sticky when ready.
5. Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into small balls. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
Store leftover bliss balls in the jar for up to a week when refrigerated.
